CANCELLATION POLICY

To maintain a timely and professional experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced. Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. • Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a no-show. • Services may be shortened or adjusted for late arrivals to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments. Cancellations • A minimum 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in responsibility for the remaining service balance. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service. Failure to submit payment will result in loss of future booking privileges. Rescheduling • A minimum 24-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment and transfer the booking fee to a new date. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook. • Appointments may only be rescheduled one time. Booking Fees • All booking fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable outside of the approved rescheduling window.
